PROSYEX TRADE is licensed and regulated by the BVI FSC under the Securities and Investment Business Act.

The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC) is a financial markets regulatory body.
Founded in 2001, the BVI FSC now oversees all regulatory responsibilities to protect financial services and meet international commitments for the prevention of international crimes, while ensuring the comprehensive protection of investors, shareholders and other financial market participants against fraud and other illegal activities.

In its work, the Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission is guided by the recommendations of the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF) and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), expanding its regulatory role at the national level.
Under these principles our broker is under constant supervision by the BVI FSC, regardless of the size of capital, number of clients, and other factors and characteristics regulated by this entity.

In PROSYEX TRADE we have the obligation to safeguard your investments, for this reason, we count on this regulatory entity to offer you security and transparency.
We are committed to fulfill our obligations and gradually submit our financial statements to the BVI FSC in order to maintain the particular and general interests of our clients under the guidelines of our regulatory entity.
